摘要: Antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that specifically bind to human DCLK1 protein, hybridomas or other cell lines which express such antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof, nucleic acids, vectors, and host cells comprising nucleic acids which encode such antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof, and methods of use thereof are disclosed. In at least certain non-limiting embodiments, the antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof specifically bind to an epitope within isoform 2 or 4 of DCLK1 protein.
