摘要: A new power converter topology for high-voltage, low-noise, and digitally controlled microwave power modules electronic power conditioner is proposed. The topology uses two parallel connected, high frequency resonant topologies to combat the specific complex requirements for the two main electrodes of an MPM. Such devices require a very high efficiency, high power output and a very low noise, low power output. The low power output has very different transient performance characteristics that are often compromised by the higher power topology during unknown and variable loading conditions that can vary anywhere from 100Hz-100kHz at multiple duty cycles at any one time.
