Validação experimental de modelos de células fotovoltaicas

摘要: In this paper, beginning with an introduction about photovoltaic conversion in solar cells, are presented results of measurements in photovoltaic panels that allow to obtain curves traducing panels performance. It is also presented two models that permit characterize the behaviour of panels in solar energy conversion to electrical energy.
