摘要: Local atomic structural changes associated with the exothermic heat flow in the supercooled liquid of Zr{sub 36}Ti{sub 24}Be{sub 40} metallic glaave been studied by using pair distribution function analysis. The exothermic heat flow that used to be interpreted as double glass transition is attributed to the evolution of short range ordering towards the final crystallization product in the supercooled liquid.
