Selection of insensible radiation excipients by ESR spectrometry

摘要: ESR measurements may thus be useful not only to determine which excipient should be used or avoided in alanine dosimeters formulation but it could also provide helpful information on drugs stability for pharmaceutics industry. Indeed, drugs are more and more radiosterilized but drugs radiosterilization researches are mainly dedicated to the study of free radical impact on active pharmaceutical products whereas free radicals created in excipients can also affect the global drug stability or its efficiency.
