Thermal dependence of the Droplet model parameters

INTRODUCTION AND FORMALISM The interest on the study of the temperature dependence of the level density parameter has been motivated by the experimental activity in the field of hot compound nucleus formation and decay, and also by theoretical reasons related to the thermal behavior of nuclear systems. One of the questions is the possibility to observe a nuclear phase transition and/or disassemly at high temperatures, which is connected with the predicted stability conditions of a hot nuclear system.
