摘要: Abstract The 0.8 LaCaSrMnO (LCSMO)/0.2 YBaCuO (YBCO) composite was fabricated through a solid-state reaction method. Structural properties, magnetic properties and electrical properties of LCSMO/YBCO composite were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), vibrating sample magnetometer, and the standard four probe method. The XRD and SEM results indicate that LCSMO and YBCO coexist in the composite without evident reaction between them. The YBCO mostly segregates at the grain boundaries of LCSMO and on the surfaces of the large LCSMO particles. Magnetic measurement reveals that the ferromagnetic order of LCSMO is weakened by addition of YBCO, while the ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition temperature remains constant.
