1128 Wind Atlas of Russia

摘要: We describe the fulfillment of the Wind Atlas Project of Russia (WAPRUS) started in January, 1996. It involves processing more than 300 stations in the style of the European Wind Atlas (RISO, 1989) and composing wind resources maps.
