Unraveling the origins of endogenous optical metabolic changes using a multi-parametric approach

摘要: We report on the combined use of endogenous two-photon intensity and lifetime based fluorescence measurements to identify changes in specific metabolic pathways. Such functional insights can improve understanding of disease development and drug effects.
