COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND HEALTH-PROGRAMS-THE DOGMA FUNDAMENTALS

摘要: The Community involvement is an important dimension in the strategy of development which constitutes an element of progress and an aim. It has become fondamental in composing health interventions and is systematically associated with primary health care. A review of the speeches, the definitions and the conceptuels cadres of the community involvement applied to the health sector leaves an empty appearance in the level of the basic premise of the concept, a generator of confusions. This brings to identify three forms of non exclusive logic that underlies : the reinforcement of power or conscience, the democratic game and finally the utilitarian vision.
