摘要: 正 Caenorhabditis elegans is a major model organism used in aging and other genetic researches. Currently, manual screening and statistical analysis remain to be the mainstream means for phenotypic discoveries, even for large-scale studies involving thousands of worm samples. Expectedly, manual operation is inefficient and greatly increases the chance of contamination.
