Studies on types of follicle in relation to different doses of HCG treatment in local goats of Assam.

摘要: 20 goats, aged 2-3 years, were injected with 550, 650 or 750 HCG 6 h after the onset of oestrus, or were given no treatment. There were no significant differences between females given the different treatments in the total number of follicles 48 h after treatment (11.2-13.6) or the incidences of small, medium and large follicles.
