摘要: The authors of the contribution under consideration examine the parameters which affect the behaviour of the cold flame phenomenon in a tubular reactor. In particular the low-temperature oxidation process of an n-heptane/air mixtures at atmospheric conditions is examined numerically and experimentally. The relationship hydrocarbon/air and the entrance temperature are varied. The authors describe the experimental setup as well as the applied methods in order to determine the heat release in a tubular reactor. A numeric method for the modelling of a tubular reactor is elaborated.
