Page 1 Andrew Hall is a physical geographer with expertise in emerging technologies and techniques for the analysis of large environmental datasets, particu larly datasets derived from remote sensing and cli matology. As a researcher at the National Wine and Grape Industry Centre at Charles Sturt University (Australia) from 2000 to 2012, Andrew led spatial science and climatology projects, including internationally influential research on modelling climatechange effects on grapevine phenology and remote sensing applications for viticulture. Andrew is now Acting Director of the Institute for Land, Water and Society (Charles Sturt University) with current research projects in wetland monitoring, cli mate refugia, and habitat occupancy.
