摘要: Macroorchidism is defined as an increase in testicular volume at least twice the normal for age. It is a rare condition and its exact incidence is unknown. Although macroorchidism is relatively rare, when it is seen, causes such as genetic, endocrine, neoplasm or testicular torsion should be investigated. With this review, information on diagnosis, treatment and follow-up will be given, especially in the presence of macroorchidism seen in children, by emphasizing possible causes, especially McCune-Albright, Fragile X syndromes and hypothyroidism.
