摘要: Anal cancers show high uptake of 18F-fluorodexoyglucose (FDG) in positron emission tomography (PET). The purpose was to develop a patient-specific tumor control probability (TCP) model employing the PET-based total lesion glycolysis (TLG), to assess the prognostic role of the model and to use the model to estimate the gain in local control from dose escalation.
