Ru-Catalyzed Selective CH functionalization of pyridotriazoles with acrylates

摘要: Ruthenium catalyzed an efficient and selective C− H alkenylation of pyridotriazoles with acrylates has been described. The combination of metals (Ru and Fe) plays a crucial role in achieving the quantitative yields of desired products. The reaction goes through the formation of ruthenium cyclometalated intermediate.
