A short overview of N-Heterocycle based FDA approved anti-cancer drugs.

摘要: As per WHO report 202, cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide, accounting for nearly 10 million deaths. Socancer remains one of the major public health burdensworldwide. It is characterized by the abnormal growth of cells that can affect any part of the body. Thereare drugs available in the market to treat the various types of cancer but none of drugscan be considered as fully effective and safe. So efforts are on to develop new molecules which can be safer and more effective. The present review article describes the status of FDA approved drugs and their synthetic methods.
