摘要: Nourishing creativity among students as an essential pillar of knowledge-based development, is essential to enhance their professional competences. Creativity domain emphases on the action between people and combination of knowledge, idea and information and more generally experts to nourish creativity among students. This study aims to investigate the effect of SOCIAL CAPITAL and KNOWLEDGE SHARING in agricultural students’ creativity. Statistical population of this research consisted of 1400 students in Khouzestan Ramin Agricultural and Natural Recourses University, from those 91 students were selected as sample using stratified random sampling technique. The main tool to collect data was questionnaire. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via LISREL8. 8 was used to evaluate validity and reliability of the research questionnaire, and also to examine goodness of the latent variables. Findings of SEM analysis indicated that structural SOCIAL CAPITAL, cognitive SOCIAL CAPITAL and KNOWLEDGE SHARING among students had a direct and significant effect on students’ creativity. While, analysis showed that Communicational SOCIAL CAPITAL did not have a direct effect on students’ creativity and it effected on student’s creativity within mediation of KNOWLEDGE SHARING variable.
