摘要: This study was designed to investigate agriculture students’ satisfaction regarding teaching-learning process. To achieve these goals, The European Customer Satisfaction Model (ECSM) was used, as one of the most widely used model for investigating the relationship between perceived quality, value, and satisfaction. The study was designed as a cross-sectional survey. The population of interest consists of 320 MSc students from Khuzestan agriculture sciences and natural resources university based on Krejcie and Morgan sampling table 175 students selected through a simple random sampling method. The data were collected through a structured questionnaire which was developed. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of experts from related disciplines.
