摘要: Electrochemistry characterization of organic compounds is a topic of great interest, due to electron transfer process is related with important biological process. The voltamperometry cyclic is an accurate technique to evaluate the redox process in antiepileptic drugs. Research groups have reported the synthesis of multivalent compounds that increase pharmacological response, in comparison with monovalent pharmacophores.1-3 In this work we synthetized divalent sedative drugs type: o-aminobenzamides (OAB) and 2,4-quinazolinendiones (QZD); these alkaloids present biological properties such as, antipsychotics and anticonvulsants, these properties can be evaluated through electron transfer capacity.
