摘要: Bone marrow`s mesenchymal stem cells are multipotent and differentiatable cells that keep their self-renewal properties in repeated division, like all stem cells. For these reasons these cells can be changed to special functional cells by the special culture and be used for cell therapy aims. BM-MSCs have capacity for differentiated to adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteocytes linage too. However these cells can be used for improve infarcts myocardia or insulin procedure cells in diabetic patients. Recently studies show that about 99% of transplanted cells are destroyed by stressful microenvironment during transplantation process. This study performed for increase of viability of BM-MSCs against these microenvironment. Since one of the most important stressful parameters is oxidative stress, it seems each strategy for increase viability of these cells is valuable. In this way one of the successful strategies is resistance cells against stress oxidative before transplantation. This study performed above aim with deferoxamine (DFO).For this aim,we isolate and expanssion mesenchymal stem cells from rat`s bone marrow then are demonstrated sensitivty of BM-MSCs against H2O2 -induced oxidative stress. The next step was comparision between DFO pre-treated BM-MSCs and untreated cells viability against H2O2- induced oxidative stress. Our results demonstrated that iron deficiency improves significantly the viability of BM-MSCs in time and dose dependent manner.
