The effect of salt stress on Proline content of Roshan and Bahar wheat cultivars seedlings

摘要: Salinity is one of the main and prevalent stresses in present world that causes reduction in agricultural productions. In this research we examined the effects of saline treatments of 0,50,150,250 mmol NaCl in Proline of 2 cultivars of wheat named as Roshan and Bahar. The culture medium of these plants was hydroponic to increase the control over the necessary situations for the plants growth. The results were in this way that by increasing the saltiness level Proline increased. Thus the stem's proline in every 4 levels of salinity had significant difference but the difference in Bahar's one. Degree of stem's Proline increased upto 250mmol. In this present experiment the content of Proline ik Bahar cultivar in root and stem and leaf in all of level of salin was significantly different
