摘要: CONCLUSIONHydrolysis and aminolysis reactions affected significantly the hydrophilicity of the PCL films. Interestingly, the aminolysed PCL films showed the higher protein adsorption compared to untreated and hydrolysed PCL films. Consequently, it can be hypothesised that the introduction of amino groups will improve the cells response on PCL films.
