摘要: The article discusses two studies which examined the effect of zoos' pro-wildlife behavior requests on visitor experience. In the first study, personal thresholds were measured. The second study was similar to the first but it concentrated on one behavior. The researchers concluded that overall zoo experiences of visitors were not affected by being asked to act in support of wildlife.
