摘要: Materials and MethodsIn this study, 2, 3, 5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) was provided from Merck KGOA (Darmstadt, Germany). Moreover, the TNF-α ELISA kit was obtained from Crystal Day Biotech Co., Ltd.(Shanghai, China). The researchers also provided diethyl ether, ketamine hydrochloride, formaldehyde, and xylazine from Sigma-Aldrich.
