摘要: Background: 32 yo female patient, after a difficult lap chole with a second intervention were a biliary anastomoses was performed and “protected” with a T tube, during the COVID 19 pandemic, critical case managed in a tertiary level center. A right hepatic artery identified, laparotomy+ angiography approach, several weeks latter acute hemorrhage identified in Tube. After several hospital treatment, we concluded bleeding source was the T tube, after removed as our last resource patient improved.Methods: Descriptive análisis of a rare case of massive haemobilia post gallbladder surgery with complications.Results: Great outcome, patient recovery, 2 years follow up non symptoms.Conclusion: Massive haemobilia can be a challenging complication after gallbladder surgery, it’s work up has many options, recurrence can be devastating for patient and the team.
