Crystal field in high-Tc superconductors; Kristallicheskoe pole v vysokotemperaturnykh sverkhprovodnikakh

摘要: Parameters of crystalline field and energy stark levels of Ho{sup 3+}, Er{sup 3+}, Tm{sup 3+} ion main multiplets in YBa{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O{sub 7-{sigma}} at {sigma}=0 and {sigma}=1 with regard to redistribution of electron density in cuprate complexes are calculated. On the basis of the obtained data one makes a conclusion about delocalization of charge hole carriers between cuprate chains and barium ions.
