摘要: Results: Four weeks after the second laser procedure, the number of inflammatory lesions decreased by an average of 61.7% in all 5 subjects. Four patients were evaluated three months after their last treatment and had a 72.48% reduction in lesion count from baseline. Facial redness and crusting that self-resolved after 3-5 days were reported by subjects. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that a low-energy, low-density ablative fractional carbon dioxide laser procedure in patients with active acne rearranges acne inflammation with minimal interruption in daily activities. However, further research is necessary to reaffirm these results.
