摘要: Three Laws are used to explain how the potential value of a network in-creases as the network expands: Sarnoff’s Law, Metcalf’s Law, and Reed’s Law. How accurately do these laws predict the actual value of information networks? We will take a closer look at the application of the laws to information networks and derive corollaries based upon which we shall propose certain attributes that will increase the value of an information network much more profoundly than the number of nodes, which is the primary concern of the laws mentioned above.
