摘要: In this survey Multi-Locus Variable Number Tandem Repeat Analysis (MLVA) has been standardized and used to study 280 L. monocytogenes isolates from human, and food sources. A total of 83 MLVA types were identified. LMV1 and 3 were the most discriminative loci with a DI of 79.5 and 79.1%, respectively. The present study confirmed the high value of MLVA subtyping for studying the epidemiology of L. monocytogenes.
