Who are More Satisfied with Online Learning: Students who have prior Exposure to Face-to-Face Learning or Students who have none?

摘要: The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the education landscape in the Philippines. From traditional face-to-face Learning, the Philippines suddenly shifted to online learning to help curb the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. However, due to limited preparations, studies have shown drawbacks in the education system, particularly in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). After more than a year of online learning implementation, the study seeks to determine the student's preparedness and satisfaction with online learning and how their exposure to Face-to-Face instruction influences it before going entirely online. Through convenience sampling, 1221 respondents were obtained from National University - Philippines and its two campuses, National University (NU MoA) and National University (NU Laguna).
