摘要: The photoluminescence spectra of quantum-size CdS nanocrystals are studied embedded in a polyvinylpyrrolidone film. Prolonged irradiation of thei sample by a cw He-Cd-laser (X= 325 nm) results in the growth of the photoluininescence intensity that can be attributed with photostimulated desorption of oxygen and other molecules. Such an effect decays within a few tenth of minutes at dark pauses and follows from reverse oxygen adsorption. The application of the static electric field during irradiation promotes the increase in the photoluminescence intensity.
