摘要: Polythiophene (PTh) was deposited as thin film and nanoparticles on polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) films via solution based in situ chemical polymerization in order to produce transparent conductive films with applications in opto-electronic devices, such as flexible displays. The prepared conductive flexible films were characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), contact angle measurements and four-pointprobe technique. The highest conductivity was obtained for PTh-CTAB nanoparticles having the most compact surface morphology of the nanoparticles on PEN films.
