Glial cells identified by anti‐α‐albumin (anti‐GFA) in human pineal gland

摘要: α‐Albumin, a CNS specific protein, identical to GFA protein and specific for glial cells, has been found in the human pineal gland using histoimmunological and quantitative methods. The significance of its presence in the pineal gland is discussed.
