摘要: A measurement system for differential devices char-acterization using a two-port vectorial network analyzer is presented. This measurement system uses a test-set to generate differential and common mode, enabling a direct measurement of the differential S-parameters. The proposed test-set uses MEMS switches to provide reconfigurable signal paths, making possible the measurement of differential-and common-mode parameters without making multiple connections, which avoid some uncertainties. In addition, a de-embedding technique is used to process the measurement and remove errors. The results are presented in order to assess the performance of the system.
