摘要: The aim of this paper is to demonstrate resilience not as an emergency or crisis issue but as the vital resource capacity for an individual to thrive in day-to-day activities at workplace.Resilience is commonly considered to be a concept in developmental psychology, but is more recently being explored with organisational perspective as positive organizational behaviour.
