INTEGRATED SENSORS: SENSİNG MATERİALS TO ELECTRONİC SYSTEMS

摘要: We present an overview of our work on integrating sensor modules. For a specific element in an environment/host to be successfully detected and processed in a computational system in an integrated flow, there must be a sensing system that is able to detect the element, convert it to voltage and transfer it to a computational network. The sensing mechanism needs to be realizable in a form that can be manufactured to capture the mechanism through corresponding changes in parameters.
