摘要: Micro‐LED display technology is an emerging display technology. Compared with liquid crystal display technology, silicon‐based liquid crystal technology, and OLED technology, Micro‐LED display with Micro‐LED technology has the advantages of fast corresponding speed, autonomous light emission, high contrast ratio, and long service life. This paper firstly introduces the driving method of Micro‐LED display technology, then introduces the method and design of the driving circuit using active addressable silicon‐based CMOS to build a dedicated Micro‐LED display, and finally gives the simulation results of the circuit, which can finally achieve the Micro‐LED driver applicable to 1920×1080 resolution, 120Hz, 10000PPI. display driver for 1920×1080 resolution, 120Hz, 10000PPI.
