摘要: Oxide materials show a remarkable variety of electronic and ionic phenomena that allow the design of devices with tailored electronic, catalytic and defects properties, with applicability to transistors, batteries, fuel cells and much more [1]. As an example, the silica-titania interface is of special interest because the photocatalytic activity of titanium dioxide allows to manufacture self-cleaning glasses [2].
