The distribution and ecology of the earthworms of Nova Scotia

摘要: This first earthworm survey of Nova Scotia produced 169 new distributional records for 15 species of exotic European lumbricid earthworms. The distribution of these 15 species in Nova Scotia and a key to their identification are included. A detailed discussion of earthworm community succession is presented.
