摘要: The goal of this project was to test the hypothesis that being exposed to suicidal behavior in other people, death of friends and family members, and attitudes about life and death would be predictive of suicidal behavior in adolescents. Subjects were 25 youth from a group of subjects between the ages of 12 and 17, gathered as part of an ongoing study of child and adolescent bereavement following the death of a parent. A combination of face-to-face interviews, questionnaires, and standardized measures were used to gather information on variables related to depression, suicidality, attitudes, and exposure to death or suicidal behavior in others.
