Hybrid electric vehicle integrated LFC with renewable energy penetration under restructured bilateral power system

摘要: The post twentieth century power system has been undergoing major revolutionary alterations like the increased usage of distributed generation (DGs), renewable and nonrenewable sources alike. The increased integration of renewable source calls for its tedious management also. This is due to the varying nature and intermittency of such sources like wind and solar power. To combat the rising carbon footprint there is booming in construction and utilization of electric vehicles. Electric vehicles are basically mobile sources of power as they have batteries embedded and the vehicle to grid (V2G) strategy can be utilized at various points of the grid to provide ancillary services such as supporting the grid and aiding in the load frequency control of the power system.
