Four Level Flying Capacitor Multilevel Inverter with Phase Shifted Carrier-PWM Technique

摘要: Multilevel inverter is a type of inverter topology used for areas under large power applications. In this paper a four level Flying Capacitor MultiLevel Inverter with Phase Shifted-carrier PWM technique is discussed and simulated using Matlab/simulink. The positive and negative levels of the inverter at the output are equal. The inverter uses three carrier waves, and one trapezoidal wave as the reference signal for pulse generation. The comparison between the THD of pole voltage and line voltage of the inverter is also done in this paper.
