Implementation of financial and statistical models to study the Electrical industry of the Slovak republic

摘要: Industrial production is one of the key elements in ensuring the economic growth of the Slovak Republic. The electrical industry, being a specific carrier of the latest science and technology, provides a synergistic effect, which significantly improves the quality of production of other industrial sectors. Competitiveness is presented and analyzed with regards to the relationship between the subject company and the surroundings companies for which data is available. Surrounding companies include those companies that produce the same products and services as the analyzed company, as well as those providing complementary products and services. The aim of this paper is to analyze the competitiveness of companies making up the Electro-technical Industry of the Slovak Republic, by modeling the volume of corporate sales of these companies with regards to selected factors.
