摘要: A multi-spectral photodetector for detecting two or more different bands of infrared radiation is described. The includes a diffractive resonant optical cavity that resonates at the interest. By discrete applied biases and by generating spectral response curve each these biases, to individual can be calculated. band found deconvolving bias. finds many uses including military medical imaging applications cover broad portion spectrum.
