摘要: A common phenomenon in capillary electrophoresis is electroendosmotic flow (EOF). Although often useful, EOF fluctuations introduce extra variances the overall reproducibility of analysis. In order to correct for these fluctuations, an on-line monitoring method required. The presented utilizes a conductivity cell as ground electrolyte reservoir, filled with dilute running buffer. During separation will cause continuous non-diluted buffer into this reservoir. From resulting continuously rising signal, can be calculated and used for, e.g., migration time peak area corrections.
