摘要: Neolamarckia cadamba (Roxb.) Bosser (Rubiaceae) is a widespread plant with medicine value and has been used for treating various diseases, such as coughs, fevers, anemia, blood disorders stomach pains. It had reported that miRNAs might enter mammalian intestines exert special ingredient across the different species. However, knowledge about in N.cadamba scarce. In this study, we first applied high-throughput sequencing to identify N.cadamba. Sequencing revealed total of 11,285,965 raw reads small RNA library leaves. By bioinformatics analysis, identified 192 miRNAs, including 167 conserved 25 novel which were distributed among 30 families. Next, miRanda predict targets those human, 4030 target genes predicted. Furthermore, Gene ontology (GO) annotation Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway analyses indicated majored binding, vibrio cholerae infection insulin signaling, likely provide valuable references further understanding medical functions N. cadamba.
