摘要: Recent breakthroughs have proved that direct palladium(II)-catalyzed allylic C-H alkylation can be achieved. This new procedure shows the inherent requirement for a leaving group in Tsuji-Trost palladium-catalyzed lifted. These initial reports hold great promise development of into widely applicable methodology, thus providing means to enhance synthetic efficiency these reactions.
