摘要: Leptin, a circulating hormone mainly produced by adipose tissue, regulates fatty acid metabolism and causes multiple systemic biological actions even the regulation of cardiovascular function. It is previously known that leptin hypoxia-inducible hormone, hypoxic conditions increase expression this peptide in various tissues such as placenta, pancreas also heart. Since receptors are present heart, we hypothesized whether was protector response for especially heart against deleterious effects hypoxia. Cultured cardiomyocytes from newborn rats were initially treated with 3000 ng/ml incubation 1, 5 20 h separately, then subjected to 120 min Hypoxic damage myocytes assayed using measurements both lactate dehydrogenase creatine kinase releases into medium performing morphological observations (ultrastructural immunocytochemical) plates. The obtained results non-treated control groups compared each other, these data have demonstrated treatment before hypoxia provides significant protection Neither 1- nor 20-h exhibited sufficient In conclusion, protects cardiomyocyte cultures hypoxia, but effect selective evident only 5-h myocytes.
